Kendall Teal doesn’t just show up to court—she wins. With a long track record of jury trial victories across Georgia, Kendall is the attorney other lawyers call when the stakes are high and there’s no room for error. She’s tried—and won—cases involving rape, aggravated child molestation, armed robbery, and felony drug charges. When prosecutors see her name on a case, they know they’re in for a fight.
Kendall made history in Georgia as the first attorney to win a DUI-drug jury trial where the driver had a positive THC blood test and admitted to smoking 30 minutes before getting behind the wheel. Her creative legal argument not only convinced a jury—it set a new precedent in Georgia DUI defense. That’s not just experience—that’s leadership in criminal law.
Kendall thinks outside the box. She builds cases around the law the State misses—the constitutional flaws, procedural errors, and evidentiary weaknesses that other attorneys overlook. Judges and juries respect her because she’s prepared, persuasive, and unshakable under pressure.
Before law school, Kendall served her community as both a firefighter and a military veteran—a background that forged the grit and discipline she brings into every courtroom. She earned her law degree from Emory University School of Law, ranked among the top 20 law schools in the country for over 100 years. While in law school, she earned the highest grades in both legal writing and torts, was trained by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, and served as a judicial intern in Fulton County Superior Court for Judge Paige Reese Whitaker.

Licensed in all Georgia trial courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court, Kendall represents clients in Douglasville, Carrollton, Marietta, Hiram, and courts across Metro Atlanta.
